Kinder Morgan is seeking Roustabouts to join their Odessa, Texas operations. These positions focus on assembling, installing, and testing oil and gas process skids, requiring mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset. Ideal candidates will have experience with mechanical and instrumentation components and be able to interpret engineering documentation to ensure high-quality assemblies.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, skid fabrication, or oil and gas equipment assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs
• Experience with pumps, valves, gauges, pressure regulators, tubing, fittings, and basic instrumentation
• Familiarity with piping components and assembly practices
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque tools safely
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Experience assembling oil and gas production equipment or process skids
• Knowledge of tubing systems, compression fittings, and pressure testing procedures
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
