Mobile Home Concepts is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven
Social Media &Marketing Specialist to manage the company’s digital presence, promote available homes, generate qualified leads, and help customers discover affordable home ownership opportunities.
This position combinessocial media management, website management, inventorymarketing, digital advertising, content creation, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities Website & Online Inventory Management- Maintain and regularly update the Mobile Home Concepts website.
- Add new inventory
to the website as homes become available. - Remove or update homes promptly when they are sold, pending, or no longer available.
- Ensure home listings contain accurate pricing, availability, specifications, photos, features, and floor plans.
- Upload professional photographs and videos of new inventory.
- Write compelling descriptions for each home.
- Keep inventory organized and easy for customers to search and navigate.
- Update website promotions, announcements, financing information, and company information as needed.
- Identify outdated or inaccurate website information and make corrections.
- Improve website content to increase search-engine visibility and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure online inventory reflects what is actually available.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Create consistent weekly content.
- Photograph and video available homes.
- Produce home tours, Reels, Tik Toks and short-form videos.
- Promote new inventory, price reductions and featured homes.
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Create location-specific content for Abilene, Odessa and surrounding markets.
- Build engagement and increase brand awareness.
Every new home should receive a coordinatedmarketingcampaign.
For each new home:
- Photograph the home.
- Add/update the home on the website.
- Create an engaging property description.
- Publish the home on social media.
- Create a video/home tour.
- Promote the home through Facebook and Instagram advertising when appropriate.
- Track inquiries and leads generated.
- Update the listing immediately when the home status changes.
- Create Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Assist with Google advertising and other digital marketing.
- Promote special pricing and inventory events.
- Develop email and textmarketingcampaigns.
- Track leads, engagement, website traffic and advertising performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase qualified leads and sales.
- Create graphics using Canva or similar platforms.
- Produce before-and-after renovation content.
- Create “Home of the Week” campaigns.
- Create new-inventory announcements.
- Develop customer testimonials and success stories.
- Create educational content about manufactured-home ownership.
- Create videos explaining financing, transportation, setup and the purchasing process.
- Work closely with sales staff to determine which homes need additional exposure.
- Develop campaigns for slow-moving inventory.
- Provide sales staff with digitalmarketingmaterials.
- Track leads generated through social media and the website.
- Help convert online inquiries into dealership visits and sales.
