RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Navy scrubs required

• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care planning

• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience levels

• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel

• Hold shift accountability for comprehensive NICU patient care

• Show leadership in anticipating and planning for safe care delivery

• 3 positions available due to vacant positions
