Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part‑time basis, providing high‑quality patient care through a pay‑per‑visit compensation structure. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while maintaining a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities according to physician orders and care plans
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post‑treatment care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of visits, treatments, and patient progress
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in home health, outpatient, or clinical nursing preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule based on patient needs
Other Requirements
  • Maintain current state licensure
  • Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable
Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred, current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Licensure & Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid and current CPR Certification
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in States practicing
Clearances
  • Criminal background check
  • Drug screening
  • Driving record check
  • OIG exclusion list check
  • Sex offender registry check
