Job Overview
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
- Complete routine rounds to ensure all needs are met.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
- Licensed CNA.
- Full‑time shifts: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM.
- PRN positions available.
- Dental, vision, life, and health insurance.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Paid time off (PTO).
- Daily pay.
- Sign‑on bonus of $3,000.
- Shift differential for the 2 PM–10 PM shift.
- Referral bonus of $500.
