Position Summary
Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to oversee the daily care of residents, document care, and perform other assigned tasks.
CompensationSign‑on bonus of $5,000 for shifts between 2p‑10p, an additional $500 referral bonus, shift differential, and daily pay.
