We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part‑time basis, providing high‑quality patient care through a pay‑per‑visit compensation structure. • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities according to physician orders and care plans
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post‑treatment care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of visits, treatments, and patient progress
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in home health, outpatient, or clinical nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule based on patient needs
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
