• Current RN License required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

The Med‑Surg Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in caring for adult patients before and after surgical procedures, as well as those receiving treatment for various conditions. Due to the diverse medical situations encountered, a strong knowledge of a wide range of health conditions is essential.

• Execute physician orders effectively.
• Deliver routine treatments and post‑surgical care.
• Monitor and assess changes in patient health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among the nursing staff, physicians, and treatment team members.
