Registered Nurse – NICU

Odessa, TX

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, initiating appropriate interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Familiarity with high-acuity Level III NICU environments and complex neonatal patient populations
