If you are a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with wound care experience, Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is the place for you! The perfect LVN Wound Care candidate will possess the skill and knowledge regarding proper wound care assessment, infection control, interventions for prevention and treatment of wounds.
