We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. You'll work in a highly supportive, collaborative environment where APPs are empowered to practice at the top of their license while delivering comprehensive, high-quality care.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
- Monday-Friday schedule; no evenings or weekends
- Broad clinical scope including family medicine, acute care, women's health, and occupational medicine
- Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, Medicare wellness visits, and DOT physicals
- Opportunity to perform office-based procedures
- Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
- Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team
- On-site diagnostic services including lab, xray, and ultrasound

Qualifications:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ years of primary care or urgent care experience required
- Spanish-speaking highly preferred
- FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification required for DOT physicals; practice will cover the cost of certification if needed
