Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical

Odessa, Texas

Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the facility's systems
• Adhere to all facility policies, dress code requirements, and safety standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must not be a local candidate — travel candidates only

• Experience in a Medical Surgical specialty setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows

• No on-call requirements — enjoy a predictable day shift schedule
• Gain valuable travel nursing experience with a 13-week placement in West Texas
