Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Odessa, TX

East University Urgent Care, (Make You Well) First Physicians is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient practice in Odessa, Texas.

Our busy walk-in clinic provides accessible urgent care and family medicine services for patients of all ages. The incoming APP will join an experienced clinical team with strong support, advanced on-site diagnostics, and the resources of a well-established multi-specialty organization serving Odessa and the greater Permian Basin.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient urgent care and family medicine for patients of all ages
• Walk-in and same-day care for acute illness, minor injuries, and other common urgent care needs
• Full-time weekday schedule + 2 Saturdays per month, with a weekday off following each Saturday worked
• No call obligation
• Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical and administrative team
• On-site laboratory and X-ray services
• Highly competitive base salary of $155K-$175K, based on experience

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year of primary care, urgent care, or similar outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
