Job Description:

  • Perform moderately complex and detailed inspection processes to ensure equipment meets quality specifications.
  • Identify defects in parts, approve or reject items, and complete inspection reports and related documentation accurately.
  • Maintain company quality standards, identify ongoing quality issues, prevent potential production problems, and suggest process improvements.
  • Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment by proactively addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions.
  • Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and support rotating night shifts as required.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 1 year of ESP experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete required testing documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work with general or minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Experience:
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience performing inspection processes and quality verification.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection processes to verify product quality.
  • Identify defects and determine approval or rejection of parts.
  • Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain company quality standards.
  • Identify and address ongoing quality issues.
  • Suggest improvements to prevent production issues.
