TLM Quality Control Associate

Responsible for all inspection activity in plant. In-coming inspection. Process inspection. Final inspection. Other purchased components and product's inspection. System operation for quality control. Other work designed by quality manager. Know well about HSE rules and HSE procedures of plant, and obey them. Should be trained and qualified before doing the job independently. QC inspector who works on special operation should own special operation license, such as forklift driver.

Know well about hazards and environmental aspects with their control methods at this station. Wear PPE as request. Follow warehouse HSSE WI strictly. Daily maintenance for the equipment and tools at this station. Apply and control the chemicals as requirement and be familiar with MSDS requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing and machining industry preferred. 2+ years experience in quality control (repair shop)
  • Strong work ethic; conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) inspection methods;
    Level II qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional measurement devices.
  • Ability to accurately perform dimensional checks and record results.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Candidates must be capable of performing the following essential physical requirements:
    • Sit for extended periods of time.
    • Lift up to 25 pounds from floor to waist.
    • Perform single-handed carry of up to 15 pounds.
    • Perform two-handed carry of up to 50 pounds.
    • Operate motor vehicles with a valid driver's license.
    • Walk on various terrain as required.
    • Maintain adequate depth perception and color vision/perception for inspection tasks.
  • Environment:
    Indoor, potential outdoor if Forklift certified.
  • PPE will be provided – coveralls, protective eye-wear, steel-toed boots, hard hat.

  • This position requires individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently within a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are critical to success in this role.
