Parts Sales Representative

Overview

As a Parts Sales Representative at Kaige Kubota, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for agricultural and construction equipment. You’ll use your product knowledge and customer service skills to help customers find the right parts, process orders accurately, and keep our inventory flowing smoothly.

• Greet customers in-store, by phone, or online and assist them in identifying and locating parts.
• Look up parts using diagrams, catalogs, and manufacturer software.
• Create and process parts orders, invoices, and returns using dealership systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock organization.
• Coordinate with the service department and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Place special orders for non-stock parts and follow up with vendors for status updates.
• Ensure parts displays are clean, organized, and stocked with fast-moving items.
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Assist with shipping/receiving parts and updating inventory records accordingly.
• Support outside sales reps and other departments as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and work area.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and parts catalogs.
• Follow company processes for inventory control, order entry, and customer follow-up.
• Represent Kaige Kubota with professionalism and integrity at all times.

• 1+ years of experience in parts sales or a customer-facing retail role (preferred).
• Strong understanding of agricultural, turf, or construction equipment parts is a plus.
• Proficient with computers, point-of-sale systems, and inventory lookup tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude.
