Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview

Join the Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate role at Sam's Club. This position involves stocking and customer service in freezer/cooler/deli areas, helping maintain sanitary and operational conditions to keep products ready for members. When working in the deli department, you’ll engage with members on the front lines to support a great shopping experience.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials; report unsafe conditions to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing and auditing as required, and securing fragile or high-shrink items.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, offering Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, equipment sanitization, cold chain procedures, and routine cleaning and maintenance; monitor equipment operation and report issues.
