TEAM UP WITH US! The Rental Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and communicating rental inventory activities through an internal make-ready process to ensure timely and quality processing of rental inventories by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do
  • Communicate with Asset Management regarding rental inventory items slated to undergo the quality make-ready process. Inventory items to include New Inventory, Used Inventory, and Rental Rollouts.
  • Directly communicate with Sales Coordinators and Asset Management to receive accurate data needed for rental inventory make-readies.
  • Communicate with Rental Coordinators and Branch Managers to follow up on rental inventory swap outs.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and follow up on store transfers.
  • Coordinate rental inventory and make readies with Service Supervisors to establish necessary work requests with the timeliest completion dates.
  • Track rental unit make-ready progress and communicate any condition, status, and/or completion date changes to all parties involved.
  • Review work orders for accuracy and issue POs for work completed.
  • Monitor and submit machine scores.
  • Follow up on any necessary warranty requests or claims.
  • Maintain inventory accounts and make changes as necessary.
  • Update and maintain the rental category groups as needed.
  • Compile data reports on unit status, reservations, rate variance, slow rents, or any other report as requested.
  • Maintain and administer the shipping/receiving scorecard for all store locations.
  • Inquire with Branch Managers, Shop Supervisors, and Coordinators on any excessive machine status or extended inventory reservations.
  • Review machine configurations for accuracy on notes, memos, inventory accounts, and category groups.
  • Provide prompt response to incoming calls, voice messages, and emails.
  • Compare computer and physical inventory counts and solve discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain a positive approach towards customer service and internal interaction.
  • Ensure company policies, safety policies, and work processes are followed and in compliance.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3-5 years' experience in the equipment industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate level computer skills (MS Office Suite, internal systems and web-based systems).
  • Intermediate level communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
