Walmart Stores - Up to $26.00/hour - 4230 John Ben Shepperd Parkway Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Maintains area of responsibility according to policies by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, and assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise;
Maintains self-checkout area, resolves member issues, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity and maintaining documentation and safety practices;
Participates in training of Member Frontline Service associates and delivers program rollout training and process improvements
