Develop strong relationships with PBE customers, both retail and professional;
Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice;
Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, and mix/tint paint to manufacturer specifications;
Maintain the mixing room, scales, mixing machines, and paint counter to ensure a clean and safe environment;
Manage PBE inventory, perform monthly cycle counts, and coordinate with Store Manager on inventory changes
