Walmart Stores - 4230 John Ben Shepperd Parkway Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility per policies by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding self-checkout;
Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies for different membership/payment types;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology;
Ensure security and safety by observing potential criminal activity and maintaining documentation and emergency procedures
