Overview
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. You are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items, including breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age‑restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
- Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask like a pro.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12:00am – 6:00am.
