You set the pace for the store, start with a huddle, assign bays, and keep the workflow steady so customers receive safe and timely service. You coach and step in where needed on the floor, talk with customers to explain options, and help them get back on the road confidently. No desk is required.

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4‑5 technicians
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts
• Delighting customers: Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands‑on, on‑the‑job training and development

• Team mindset: Former athlete, military team member, or hands‑on leader who loves working with people
• Servant leader energy: Calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity
• Hands‑on stamina: On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with teammates
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Requirement: Valid driver’s license
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive enthusiasm: Plus but not required (we will train you)
