Position Overview

Store 2709999: 1600 E 87th Street, Odessa, Texas 79765. Full-time Customer Service Representative position. Shift availability: weekdays and weekends required.

• Greet customers, run the register, perform cashier duties, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program.
• Work inside and outside the store in various areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, communicate friendly conversation, perform at a quick pace while having fun.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly and offer suggestions and solve problems.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination required; may need to climb ladder to store and retrieve materials or signs.
