The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance.
PayPay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
- Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a welcoming store environment
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control
- Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Capability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
