Located at 3141 E University Blvd in Odessa, TX, we specialize in buying and selling gently used kids' clothes, shoes, toys, and baby gear. If you’re attentive, motivated, and hard-working, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance with a friendly smile.
• Guiding customers to the products they’re looking for.
• Providing helpful information about our products and processes.
• Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Properly tagging, hanging, and organizing merchandise.
• Ensuring racks are filled and maintaining minimum speed requirements.
• Supporting the team with various tasks to keep our store running smoothly.

We’re seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance and standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer knowledge to operate our systems.
• Availability to work at least one weekend shift per week (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
