Business Development/Regional Sales

Are you a self‑motivated, results‑driven, hunter salesperson that gets excited finding and driving opportunities through the sales process? Spur Environmental, a Texas company, is looking for an experienced hunter/farmer salesperson to do exactly that. We are looking for sales professionals who have a desire to grow, find opportunities with new clients, drive new opportunities with existing clients, and build long‑term relationships providing a high quality of service in the environmental industry.

Spur Environmental is a full‑service environmental firm and remediation specialist headquartered in Texas. We provide environmental solutions for our clients for hazardous and non‑hazardous situations.

The Business Development role is an active and present approach to sales with customer service as the cornerstone.

• Strategic prospecting to targeted clients for all lines of business Spur provides.
• Build long‑term relationships through excellent customer service.
• Conduct cold calls on target accounts to uncover opportunities.
• Grow YOY revenue through new and existing clients.
• Track sales activity in an assigned region.
• Travel daily to client sites.

• Bachelors degree in business. Sales experience considered in lieu of degree. Environmental industry preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations or the drive to learn and apply teachings.
• Must be results driven and accountable.
• Valid and clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
