Sr. Outside Sales Representative – West Texas / New Mexico / Permian Basin Territory. This role focuses on growing and managing customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Service, Engineering, and Purchasing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
• Conduct regular customer calls and in-person visits
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products/solutions
• Grow existing accounts while developing new business
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction post-sale
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and territory performance

• 2+ years of college or 6+ years of related experience
• Previous sales or account management experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and understand technical products

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as duties demand. Travel is required up to 50% within the assigned territory.
