- Achieve sales and gross profit goals established by the Aftermarket Sales Manager
- Maintain regular contact with established customer accounts
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts
- Actively sell the full range of applicable aftermarket products, including parts, collision, and service offerings
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all customers
- Build strong relationships by making daily contact with major accounts
- Maintain a working knowledge of vendor products, merchandising programs, and promotions
Utilize dealership parts, ordering, and inventory systems accurately and efficiently - Adhere to dealership credit policies and procedures

AftermarketSales Representative Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and ability. Additional product training preferred.
- Experience: Three years in parts merchandising and two years of truck parts sales or automotive parts sales.
- Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required.
