Sales Representative - Midland/Odessa, TX.

Responsibilities- Make sales to retailers; secure commitments, place orders, expand shelf space, participate in incentive and pre‑shipment programs, and assign prime product placement.
- Identify opportunities to drive volume and market share, and optimize coverage to exceed objectives.
- Establish credibility and increase influence to support company priorities and goals.
- Collect and report retail insights to strengthen the team and brand.
- Develop and execute selling plans that resonate with retailers across all company categories.
- Maintain strong retail partnerships and provide input on opportunities for improved sales.
- Provide consumer and retailer insights to influence retailer support for key strategies and initiatives.
- Allocate time effectively to maximize productivity per store; align with coverage models.
- Ensure placement of merchandising fixtures and promotional programs, and maintain partner agreements.
- Encourage use of the ITG Portal for reimbursement and tracking; share best practices with the Division Sales Manager.
- Report competitive insights to drive sales opportunities; perform other duty as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, effective time and task management, multitasking, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to make sales, communicate to diverse audiences, maintain effective relationships, demonstrate critical thinking, work with diverse populations, prioritize assignments, and manage workload.
- Must live within the assignment boundary or be willing to relocate.
- Requires moderate physical effort; lifts 10‑50 lbs., bends, crouches, stretches, climbs, and reaches.
- Work involves walking, standing, sitting for extended periods, and prolonged computer use.
- Travel may be required; exposure to noise, dust, and weather conditions.
