What You’ll Do- Hunt for new business across the janitorial, food service disposables, and packaging markets.
- Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Break into new verticals and identify high‑value opportunities before competitors do.
- Win and grow key accounts in facility management, education, healthcare, food service, and manufacturing.
- Deliver bold, persuasive presentations and proposals that close deals.
- Provide real‑time market insights that shape strategy and drive smarter decisions.
- A full, active pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
- Consistent wins in new markets and high‑value segments.
- Clear, measurable revenue growth driven by your efforts.
- A hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and competitive.
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in janitorial, food service, packaging, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
- Comfort using CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools.

- This role supports a small, regional sales territory and requires regular travel within the assigned area for customer visits, prospecting, product demonstrations, and occasional company meetings. Overnight travel is rare.
- Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
. This includes transporting sample products and demonstrating vacuums, floor machines, and related equipment during customer visits. - Must be able to meet the physical demands of an active field‑based sales role
, including walking facilities, evaluating customer environments, and conducting on‑site demonstrations.
