F&I Manager

Lithia Hyundai of Odessa is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team.

• Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers choose protection products.
• Work with lenders to obtain financing approval and complete all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork.
• Follow up on and collect receivables.
• Present protection packages and benefits to customers.
• Build professional relationships with lenders to secure the best financing available.
• Submit deals electronically using the dealer system.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Process all transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection and contract funding.
• Participate in store meetings (Sales Receivables, Save‑a‑Deal, Store Manager).
• Interact with sales team and managers to ensure accurate and satisfactory transactions.
• Follow up with customers for courtesy reminders (e.g., protective coating).
• Assist sales team with customer engagement during peak traffic times.
• Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days of hire.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
