We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for performing merchandising activities such as product rotation, stocking, display presentation, display execution, installation of point‑of‑sale displays, and construction of displays requested by the sales team or retail customers. You may also be required to expedite product delivery as requested by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 years of experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto‑liability insurance in accordance with state laws

• Experience in beverage product sales or the hospitality industry
• Presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed
• Complete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed
• Install point‑of‑sale materials as directed
• Expedite delivery of product
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds or heavier with proper equipment
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8‑10‑12 hours)
