Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced sales professional with established relationships in the pressure pumping market to drive growth and expand market share across West Texas and New Mexico. This role is focused on selling directly to pressure pumping companies, maintenance organizations, reliability groups, and procurement teams — not operator/E&P accounts.
The ideal candidate already has strong relationships with district managers, maintenance managers, reliability engineers, fleet managers, and purchasing personnel within hydraulic fracturing service companies.
Key Responsibilities Business Development- Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on pressure pumping customers
- Identify opportunities to increase market share within existing and competitive frac fleets
- Drive conversion opportunities from competing packing and fluid-end consumable providers
- Generate new business within pressure pumping, stimulation, and completion operations
- Build and maintain relationships with district managers, fleet managers, maintenance managers, reliability engineers, supply chain teams, and operations leadership
- Conduct regular field visits, maintenance reviews, and customer business reviews
- Support customer field trials, product evaluations, and implementation plans
- Develop working knowledge of customer pumping operations, maintenance intervals, fluid-end configurations, and consumable usage
- Partner with Field Technical Advisors and Engineering on product trials, failure analysis, root cause investigations, product conversions, and customer training
- Monitor fleet activity, competitive share, customer maintenance practices, and market trends
- Provide regular reporting on fleet counts, market share opportunities, competitive activity, and conversion prospects
- 5+ years of oilfield sales experience in pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, or completion operations
- Proven experience selling directly to pressure pumping companies
- Existing relationships with major pressure pumping providers.
- Track record of growing revenue and capturing market share in a competitive territory
Experience selling one or more of the following is a strong plus:
- Well service packing or frac consumables
- Fluid-end components, pumps, valves, or pressure control equipment
- Frac iron, fluid-end maintenance products, or reliability-focused consumables
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage from field personnel to executive leadership
- Highly competitive, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Capable of managing a large territory with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in field environments and supporting customers during off-hours when needed
Up to 50% travel across West Texas and New Mexico, including field locations, frac fleets, maintenance facilities, and district offices. Occasional evening and weekend customer support required.
