Landscape Maintenance Business Developer

Location: South Hillsborough, Manatee & Sarasota Counties

About Us

Pine Lake Companies is a leading provider of landscape maintenance and enhancement services throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Business Developer to help expand our maintenance portfolio by building strong client partnerships and generating new business opportunities.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on developing relationships, creating solutions for clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new landscape maintenance contracts.

Conduct property site visits and assess client needs.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Prepare professional, value‑based proposals and presentations.

Represent Pine Lake Companies throughout South Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.

Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and other decision‑makers.

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity tracking within Aspire.

Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.

Provide exceptional communication and follow‑up throughout the sales process.

Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, account management, or related client‑facing roles.

Landscape industry or property management experience preferred.

Understanding of landscape maintenance services is highly desirable.

Experience with CRM systems;
Aspire experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
