Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull, Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities and deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and determining improvement opportunities.

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

• Provide support to Membership and process Member upgrades and credits.

• Participate in sales and marketing events to promote membership goals.

• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards.

• Fulfill member orders, ensure accuracy, and manage out‑of‑stock follow‑ups.

• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.

• Deliver outstanding member service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
