Starlink Sales Specialist

In partnership with Starlink, 2020 Companies is hiring part‑time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists. Pay is $20/hr base with up to $2/hr performance bonus, for a total potential of up to $22/hr.

16–20 hours per week. Friday to Sunday availability is required.

Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products that meet their needs. Serve as the subject matter expert, explaining the benefits of Starlink satellite internet in an engaging, interactive manner. Full technology training will be provided.

• Showcase the latest Starlink services and demonstrate how they can enhance customers’ internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Maintain a consistent weekend schedule, primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Respect store hierarchies and operational policies while representing 2020 Companies and Starlink.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation for scheduled visits.
