In-Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• You Will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You Will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations

• Youhave a high school diploma/GED
• 1+ year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales is preferred
• You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole
• You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
