• Begin the day energized and ready to make an impact, wearing a name badge with pride, greeting teammates with a warm hello, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared.
• On the floor, focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish each shift strong by sharing the Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and leaving with a sincere thank‑you that often includes walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence by improving daily, taking pride in work, and learning from one another to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and able to adapt to changing priorities; works well independently and in a team.
• Handle electronic devices with ease.

• Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Have close, color, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Use computers and other technology frequently, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing transactions.
