Join our team in Odessa, Texas, as a Lab Chemist / Technician and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers a 7/7 rotation, working 12-hour shifts over an initial 12+ months, with the chance to grow your career in water chemistry analysis and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform water chemistry testing and analysis with precision
- Prepare samples, operate lab equipment, and record results accurately
- Maintain safety and quality standards in the lab
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and optimizing testing procedures
- Strong knowledge of chemistry and water chemistry testing
- Experience with water sample preparation and analysis
- Proficiency with lab instruments and safety protocols
- Attention to detail and effective communication
- Experience in water treatment or industrial lab settings
- Familiarity with lab software and certifications like OSHA
- High school diploma; technical or water chemistry certifications preferred
- Prior water chemistry or industrial lab experience highly desirable
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work on a 7/7 schedule
- Ability to pass safety and background checks
