Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas and assist with de-escalation and disorderly behavior;
Handle assigned firearms and related equipment in accordance with post orders, training, and laws, while supporting law enforcement when needed;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and security concerns
