Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support access control processes for employees, contractors, and authorized visitors.
• Support emergency situations and after-hours operations by communicating with local contacts, following post orders, and assisting with security-related response actions as needed.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
