Security Officer Entry Point

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, screen visitors and deliveries, and maintain accurate access records to help support site access requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and other security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, gate areas, and perimeter, observing for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or conditions that could affect operations;
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles; possess a high school diploma or equivalent; background investigation and drug screen; licensing as required; valid driver’s license for driving positions only
