Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer to patrol client sites, protect people and property, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will conduct foot and vehicle patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms and incidents, and write detailed reports. You will interact with clients and visitors daily, enforcing site policies with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned sites on foot or by vehicle to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points; verify identification and credentials
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; observe, report, and escalate per protocol
• Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Conduct safety checks, lockups, and inspections of doors, gates, and critical areas
• Enforce site rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous demeanor
• Coordinate with supervisors and public safety or law enforcement as needed
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, radios, and access control systems
• Participate in required training and maintain all security and weapons qualifications
