Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Armed Security Officer for shop patrol. In this role, you will conduct visible patrols in and around retail locations, deter theft and unsafe behavior, and provide a safe environment for customers and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, completing detailed reports, and working closely with store personnel. Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned retail locations to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe activity
• Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas to control access and ensure safety
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following company protocols
• Observe, report, and document suspicious activity, safety hazards, and incidents
• Engage professionally with customers, staff, and the public while on patrol
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations set by clients and Allied Universal
• Conduct routine inspections of doors, locks, lighting, and security equipment
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Participate in ongoing security training and follow all safety procedures
