The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

* What You Will Do:

*** Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical of facility systems and equipment
* Understand basics of industrial electrical - single phase and 3 phase power
* Experience in basic carpentry, painting and site make ready
* Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworker
* Other duties as required
* Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High school education or equivalent or technical training
* At least 21 years of age and meet company driving standard
* Have good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities required.
* Able to perform facility painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and office/site make ready.
* Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements
* Encourage action assuring safe behavior
* Challenge unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
* Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
* Possess good organization and time management skills
* Work in an unsupervised environment
* Read, write, and speak English fluently
* Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information

* Relevant experience in performing preventative maintenance in a manufacturing or field service in the oil and gas settings preferred
