We are looking for a Field Specialist Helper at PCS Ferguson - Capillary located in Odessa, TX

What You Will Do
  • Assist the technician with the rigging up and down of drilling equipment and supplies. This involves setting up and dismantling equipment at well sites.

  • Provide support in the installation and maintenance of production equipment.

  • This includes ensuring that all equipment is properly set up, calibrated, and functioning efficiently.

  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or incidents. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to industry-specific safety guidelines.

  • Help collect and analyze data related to drilling and production activities.

  • Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Drug and alcohol test

  • Criminal background check

  • Motor vehicle record check

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence required

  • Immigration Sponsorship not available for this position

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.

  • Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

  • The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel and/or inspect material. Employee would also reach with hands and arms.

  • Employee is required to occasionally walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.

  • Employee must be able to regularly bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.

  • Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
