Heavy Equipment Operators are needed in Odessa, Texas, to join Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment on industrial and commercial construction sites. • Minimum of three years (level I), four years (level II), five years (level III), or six plus years’ experience in industrial/commercial construction operating heavy equipment
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
• Physical ability to climb, balance, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, and move in confined or uneven areas
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Compliance with all safety standards and procedures
