Heavy Equipment Operators - Weekly Pay - Odessa, TX
Heavy Equipment Operators are needed in Odessa, Texas, to join Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment on industrial and commercial construction sites. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, experienced, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- Minimum of three years (level I), four years (level II), five years (level III), or six plus years’ experience in industrial/commercial construction operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Physical ability to climb, balance, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, and move in confined or uneven areas
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Compliance with all safety standards and procedures
