Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on NOV Mobile Rig Products;
Perform field upgrades of software and hardware to NOV Mobile Rig products and train customers on operation;
Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner;
Work in repair shop when needed; field work with after hours/weekend call outs;
Train other NOV Field Service Technicians and provide accurate progress reports
