Electrical Supervisor

Seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance and repair activities of electrical crews
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular inspections of projects and equipment to identify issues
• Collaborate with project managers, leads, and other departments to ensure timely projection completion
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
• Provide training & development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills

Requirements:

• Journeyman license is required
• Masters licence or ability to acquire it within a year
• Must have oilfield electrical experience
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor and project management
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong organizational skills
